Buildex® RAPIDDRIVE Bugle Battens are self-drilling screws for fixing into timber and thin steel. The special end slot forms a thread cutting action into the timber, which reduces timber expansion and minimises the splitting of timber. The product features a Star Drive recess that offers a more positive drive and resistance to “Cam-Out”. It also offers a precision fit driver bit system to reduce wobble and enables a one-handed operation for fast and easy installation. Stainless Steel 316 is ideal for coastal and high corrosion locations. This product comes as a pack of 100.
