Buildex® self drilling decking screws are specifically designed for fixing decking boards to timber floor joists for a flush finish. The coarse thread and re-enforced head allow quick installation and maximum holding power. The product features a square drive recess that offers high insertion torque and more resistance to “Cam-Out”. Climacoat® 3 coating resists the corrosive effects of treated timbers, particularly ACQ. Type 17 offers easy application into timber. This product comes as a pack of 100.
Applications include: Decking, Lattice, Fencing, Outdoor Furniture, Trellis, Pergolas and Pickets. Recommended Driver Speed – 1000 RPM. Max Drilling Capacity – 0.6mm Thin Metal. Minimum Embedment – 25mm. Tool for Driving – No. 2 Square Drive. Driver Bit Included
